The location of this place was great, in a residential area near Giudecca and the water taxi to the main area, and I would definitely stay here again.

It had Wheelchair Accessible police, as described. Helpful and patient staff, made the stay such wonderful.

The apartment was massive and had the sickest views of the lagoon. It was perfect for me and my squad to chill and get the party started. Plus, the location in Giudecca was clutch - away from the basic tourists but still close enough to all the lit spots.

If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be more turn-up vibes at the apartment. We wanted a sick sound system or maybe even a mini bar to keep the party going.

We loved the beautiful water views and peaceful ambiance of the Deluxe Apartments. Alvise warmly welcomed us and the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a washer/dryer, cooking equipment, and even some coffee and tea. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with big windows that allowed for fresh breezes and stunning views from both rooms. Guidecca is a lovely area with great bars, restaurants, and mini markets. We enjoyed exploring the galleries, art spaces, and churches, away from the tourist crowds.

Quiet and perfect location short walk to Palanca vaporetto station, main tourist sites, and a nice area, everything superb. Big size and warm room equipped with good wi-fi, washing machine, for instance. Patient and amicable staff and easy check in.

The apartments are located in a nice area on Giudecca island, away from the main tourist areas. the location offers beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent Wi-Fi. the bathrooms are equipped with powerful showers. the apartments also provide helpful amenities such as a washing machine, drying rack, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests have found the tea and coffee addition, as well as the Bluetooth sound system, to be enjoyable features.

There were some issues with communication before arrival.

We got incredible value for our money at the Deluxe Apartments Lagoon View. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to Venice via the vaporetto. The staff, especially Carlotta, were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect, away from the main tourist areas, offering a quieter and less crowded experience. The Vaporetto stop provided easy access to all areas of Venice. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.

There were a few aspects of our experience that disappointed us. the bed was extremely uncomfortable, with pillows and a mattress that felt like rocks.

I recently stayed at the Deluxe Apartments Lagoon View for a few days and had such a wonderful time. The apartment is located in a beautifully refurbished industrial building and is incredibly spacious and well-furnished. I was impressed by the attention to detail, including the espresso machine provided. The location is perfect for a relaxed stay, with several great restaurants and bars along the nearby pier. The water bus is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Well-equipped kitchen, Bluetooth sound system, and ample tissue supply provided. Beautiful location with easy vaporetto access to Venice. Powerful shower and excellent Wi-Fi. Helpful host assisted with private water taxi from the airport. Impressive overall experience.
